I am Song Jinzhao, a finance and data-oriented operations professional with a background across property services, real estate operations, project coordination, and structural engineering.
My work focuses on turning scattered business information into usable operating systems: building dashboards, cleaning and structuring data, tracking KPIs, writing management reports, and translating market signals into practical strategies.
I hold an engineering background from the University of Nottingham Ningbo China and the University of Glasgow, and I am currently strengthening my finance and technology profile through FinTech study, CFA Level I, and CFA ESG.
